WHO I AM

When expertise, experience and life-long learning come together.

As the founder of EYWA, I have spent over 25 years supporting leaders, their teams and organisations through strategic transformation, as well as individuals through their personal life transitions.

My expertise has been shaped over the years by my career as a senior executive within international companies, followed by my work as an independent consultant in strategy and communication.

My own experience of several transformations and transitions has sharpened my skills, deepened my capacity to listen, and broadened my perspective on change management.

As a result, my practice is grounded in reality and marked by pragmatism and authenticity.

I am also committed to continually updating my knowledge, as I firmly believe in lifelong learning. My training in Organisational Psychology (INSEAD), Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis and Collective Intelligence enables me to quickly identify an organisation's strengths and weaknesses, shedding light on the blind spots where resistance to change can jam the gears.

Finally, my familiarity with a wide range of sectors — industry, services, commerce, public institutions, the Social and Solidarity Economy, and NGOs — allows me to adapt my approach easily to your specific context.

THE CREATIVE EDGE

When art and psychology open up new perspectives for growth.

What if finding new answers started with seeing things differently?

As the only certified Symbolon®/ICF coach in France, I bring this distinctive approach into my practice — creative in spirit, yet firmly grounded in reality.

Sitting at the crossroads of business, psychology and art, this original method uses one or more works of art as the starting point for the conversation, opening up perspectives that rational analysis alone cannot reach. It draws on universal patterns of thought and behaviour — archetypes — to bring fresh clarity to your path forward.

Your personalised Symbolon® profile becomes a practical guide, helping you shape a concrete, realistic and engaging plan of action.

THE PATH THAT LED ME HERE

Different contexts, different cultures — one long-standing curiosity about change.

My professional path has taken me through multiple contexts and cultures, giving me first-hand experience of the impact of change on individuals and organisations alike.

This is how I came to specialise in complex transitions — the kind that call for new behaviours and demand an approach that is both systemic and pragmatic.
