After more than 20 years in various international management positions, Marianne KOPF founded EYWA®, a boutique consultancy focusing on business transformation, leadership advisory and executive coaching. Her aim is to facilitate sustainable change, leading to improved business performance as well as team & individual development. Hence, she also designs and implements tailored training programs and provides coaching for entrepreneurs.
Her background in a highly demanding and technology-driven business to business environment has built up her expertise as a change catalyst and broadened her professional network across Europe and Asia Pacific. Today Eywa’s clients range from global corporations to SME/SMIs as well as public and non-profit organizations.
With a profound interest in sustainable and responsible business practices, combined with a real empathy for people from various cultures, she has developed a way of working based on authenticity, trust and commitment.
Initially trained in economics, management and communications, she chose to further develop her skills in Clinical Psychology of Organizations at INSEAD – Paris (Diploma with Cum Laude Thesis on Happiness at Work in 2006). She believes in lifelong learning and puts it in practice every day.
Through various professional training programs delivered by HEC Paris, IMD Switzerland, Chicago University Barcelona and other vocational training institutes, she continuously updates her skills and develops new competencies. As a professional coach, Marianne is a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytical Study of Organizations (ISPSO) and an Alumni of INSEAD.
Marianne also enjoys sharing her knowledge and methods through lectures at various Business Schools and universities. In her spare time, she offers pro-bono work to non-profit organizations.
